$200 per hour

Bankruptcy

Chapter 7 $750 plus costs
Chapter 13 $750 before filing and $1,750 in plan paid by trustee (payment plans are available).

Uncontested $500

Contested $2,500 retainer at $200 per hour

Real Estate

Residential Home Purchase $750

Residential Home Sale $500

Personal Injury/Discrimination

Contingency

Reduced fee if settled before trial

Municipal Court

Traffic $300 to $650

DUI/Criminal $450 to $1000

Wills/Trusts

Estate Plan $250 for individual and $400 per couple

Includes living will and power of attorney

General Civil Litigation

Retainer $200 per hour

Credit Repair

$300 per person for debt settlement/negotiating down debts without bankruptcy

$350 per person for credit repair
